comfortable bed nice pool
the room had a good size and a comfortable bed. the shower was also good. a nice pool was available .

great selection efficient check-in warm welcome
I found the location convenient with many dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The check-in process was efficient and the bell team provided swift luggage service. Annie provided excellent service with a warm welcome.
The login for the WiFi was difficult and I had to call multiple times. It took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

The breakfast buffet included nasi goreng with fried fish plus several egg and noodle options. A muffin from the sweet selection tasted good plus there was a salad and vegetable selection available. Coffee tasted good too.

Azleena and her team consisting of Haritz, Siti and Tricia provided pleasant service. Mr Harin at the front counter displayed the best customer service. He was approachable and welcomed everyone with a sincere smile.

solid stay near bugis
public transport convenient location spacious room friendly staff
i liked that public transportation was very convenient with walking distance to bugis mrt and a bus stop. the location is attractive, located in the arab street area. one could go to masjid sultan. it was easy to find food and shopping at bugis street. the room was spacious and it felt comfortable. staff were friendly.
the room showed age. the shower had some discoloration. the toilet flushing was not great. also, there was some noise from the city, because of poor sound insulation.

nearby, one can find many culinary options, from local street food to established restaurants, and this variety allows for a comprehensive tasting tour of the citys diverse flavors. i could also find many cafes near to the hotel.

my superior double room had ample space and included useful amenities. these amenities included a work desk, tv with multiple channels, and a minibar stocked with refreshments. air conditioning ensured a comfortable room temperature all day.

the outdoor pool area offered a relaxing environment with several lounge chairs and umbrellas. the fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and weight training equipment. both facilities were maintained daily to a high standard.

the reception desk had staff available 24 hours a day. housekeeping provided daily cleaning services. i found bellhops to be very helpful with luggage. staff are always very attentive and quick with requests.

convenient location friendly staff dated decor dirty table
the location was really convenient! bugis mrt station was just a short walk away. the staff was friendly. i also appreciated the halal restaurants nearby. ms annie was very helpful.
the decor felt a bit dated. the pool area tables were dirty for more than a day, it was disappointing. i think adding a poolside bar would really improve the experience, it's a good idea. there weren't many places to relax near the pool, either.

modern machines water dispenser
The gym was well-equipped. It featured modern machines. i found a dual cable machine, which i appreciated. there was also a water dispenser, and the water tasted fresh after my workout. the pool was a good size, and there were plenty of loungers. towels were provided at the poolside. That was convenient.
the room wasn't perfectly clean, i saw some facial oil prints on the window from a previous guest
